Frequently Asked Questions
-
This art resonates with people who feel deeply, think quietly, and connect more through imagery than explanation.
-
My art comes from lived experience. As a former therapist, I spent years helping people process difficult emotions, then burned out and had to learn to do my own emotional work. Each piece represents something I've actually felt - not theoretical mental health, but real experiences of depression, anxiety, and healing. I create art that validates the messy, non-linear reality of recovery, not Instagram-ready 'wellness' content.
-
The right piece usually finds you. Read the stories behind each artwork - if you recognize yourself in the emotional narrative, that's your piece. Many people say 'That's exactly how I feel' when they see the work that resonates. Start by browsing the Mental Health Collection and see which titles or descriptions make you stop and think 'someone gets it.'

Prints are more affordable options and come in multiple sizes. Originals may cost more and are limited to one size but they’re one of a kind and many have a tactile element that cannot be reproduced in a print. It just depends on your situation, aesthetic, and personal taste.

Originals are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in sturdy boxes, and shipped with insurance and tracking. Most US orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Prints ship within 2-3 days from my print partner.
-
All prints can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Originals sales are final due to their one-of-a-kind nature, but I'm happy to send additional photos/videos before purchase if you need more details.
