- Each piece will be shipped within 7 days of ordering, and will be sent with tracking and insurance.
- The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside my control.
- Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, I am unable to refund or replace the order.
- Every care is taken to package each piece with plenty of bubble wrap in sturdy boxes, in the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, this must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.
- Colors can sometimes vary very slightly from what you see onscreen due to different screen settings.
- All artworks are signed and dated on the back of the canvas/panel, and come with a certificate of authenticity and handwritten letter of thanks.
